FRANKLIN COUNTY
We have networked with independent service companies to provide 24 Hour Emergency Service with local,
cost effective, service technicians.
Two companies, in the upper Pioneer Valley, that are currently
accepting new oil burner service accounts are:
HAMPSHIRE COUNTY
Please note that service rates are subject to change without notice.
Day Service Labor Rate $85.00 per hour
- One way travel and one hour minimum billed.
- Labor exceeding the first hour is billed in 15 minute increments.
- Call must be received by 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
Prescheduled Clean and Tune Labor Rate $99.00 flat rate.
- Above discounted rate applies up to 1 ½ hours.
- One way travel billed.
- Time exceeding the first 1 ½ hours is billed at the Day Service Rate.
- Parts are not included, they will be billed in addition to above labor rate.
After Hours Service Labor Rate $120.00 response fee, plus time at customer’s house.
- Response fee covers the travel time to and from technician’s house, except for extra travel time due to
inclement weather.
- Time at customer’s house is billed $30.00 per 15 minute increment.
Burner Maintenance Contract (BMC) Labor Rates
- Discounted labor rates apply ONLY for oil burner service and parts covered by the Burner Maintenance Contract.
- BMC Day Service Labor Rate NO CHARGE
- BMC Prescheduled Clean and Tune Labor Rate NO CHARGE
- BMC After Hours Service Labor Rate $30.00 per hour surcharge
- Travel time to and from technician’s house is billed.
- One hour minimum applies.
