On Feb. 1, 2010 we began offering a cash discount of 10 cents/gal to Franklin County. The posted/ billing price is 10 cents higher than the CASHPRICE! CASHPRICE applies to COD, credit card or debit card COD, or paid in full within 10 days of delivery for qualified Cernak Fuel charge accounts. Cash discount does not apply to contract oil. Other restrictions may apply. Price subject to change without notice.
